What a weird ass statement. If Nex's mother is Choctaw, Nex is Choctaw. For all you Non-Natives and non-Choctaw folks, the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma does NOT use blood quantum but descendantship for enrollment. So, Nex is undeniably Choctaw and "affiliated" with the tribe.

This is all to real. I've had to have security around me at rallies....rallies where I wasn't even speaking due to threats being made against me. I've also had to have security staked outside my apt last year after my tires were slashed and a knife left in my door.

And also some folks just assume you are automatically issued a CDIB and enrolled in your tribe. But your folks have to apply for your CDIB(Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood) and then you can enroll as a citizen of your tribe if you meet enrollment criteria.
