True story,the 96 game in Athen,Kirby was doing a lot of yapping. At the LOS,I told him what route I was going to run. I also told him if he was covering me in the slot,it would be a TD. Well,he did cover me,I scored but the play was called back for holding.🍊

We were losing and my freshman roommate Chester Ford who is from Danville Kentucky, grabbed me by my face mask and said “You better do something next series because we can’t lose to Kentucky”. Next series TD. We laugh about that to this day.
