I'm 20. By 28, they'll be asking to make movies about how we did it.

Generating leads for 3 people is easy. Generating leads for 100 people is hard. We provide opt-in exclusive leads for a workforce that does 50,000 dials per day. This is the most impeccable life insurance sales system on earth. Few.

Idk what it's like to have the #2 best life insurance sales system. Idk what it's like to provide cold leads. Idk what it's like for my agents to make less than $10k profit a month. Idk what it's like to not HUMILIATE any competitor in my industry. Couldn't be me.

Scaling your business = destroying your competition. They are the EXACT same thing. Life insurance is a $180B/year industry. My team will be doing $20B of that and it'll take away from Statefarm, Allstate, Colonial Penn ... They aren't on my level. I'm too innovative.

My life insurance sales team did $141,271 in the last 2 days. My average agent makes over $10,000 profit per month. Moral of the story? Hire killers only. Weak links destroy the team culture.

How to retain a 7-figure sales team? Overdeliver. I don't buy watches, houses, or cars YET. Instead, I buy my life insurance sales team the hottest leads, dialers, automations, and softwares.

I feel bad for 98% of salesmen. I couldn't imagine door knocking or hand dialing shitty leads. Our life insurance sales agents make $10k+ per week because we have an intensive power dialer with crazy automations and leads. Hiring 5 new salesmen in July,

I’ve been in life insurance for 1 year and my team is doing $1.1M/month. Here is how to retain a telesales team. 1. Provide leads. Cold-calling will lower morale & ruin your business. 2. Provide an aggressive dialer to work your leads. 3. Build a culture. Culture = loyalty

"I made $374K last 90 days." People will show you their income but never their expenses. Business is fucking difficult. Spend money to make money. Take L's to catch W's. This isn't for the weak.

I was such a degen loser before finding life insurance sales. I made sandwiches for $15/hr just to gamble it away & party 😭 My life insurance sales agency did $1M in the last 30 days. Life is actually fun now.

$188k generated as of this morning. Life insurance is cracked. I remember getting hyped over the $38 worth of tips at the end of my shift last year 😭

I sold a lot of stuff I shouldn't have sold. Now, I manage a 70-person life insurance sales team. We make $1,200 per call. July will be a $1M month. I'm 20 years old.
