Helping college students produce radio shows 📻 was something I didn't expect to be doing but what a rewarding experience. Me and @terryleeradio helped introduce the students to live radio, making sure there showed sounded great 🎙on @RadioLaB971fm

Today has been a fantastic day with one of our newest volunteers at @RadioLaB971fm completing a huge charity challenge. We did an outside broadcast for the final stretch! 📻. I really love producing outside broadcasts and this was no different.

This is fantastic news! 📻👏. I'm so happy to see our teams work recognised nationally especially our work at @BBCR1 #bigweekendluton . The whole team had done amazing! 🎉 now we've got the next set of awards on Tuesday with the @SRA 's! @uniofbedsnews

One of the key bits of managing @RadioLaB971fm is training new volunteers. Something I'm only just getting used to doing, but it's good fun and it's great to introduce people to such a great medium.
