I often wonder how many smokers I’ve supported to quit, in turn changed their lives, perhaps even saving them - hopefully 1000’s!! To think I haven’t even finished my career and passion and have so much more to give…! Today I’m happy to share and celebrate how proud I am of me!

Proud to lead the stop smoking in Hertfordshire working closely with the tobacco control team 🤩 no better recognition!
One of the things I leave in Hertfordshire, and one of the things I’m very proud of is our quit smoking and tobacco team. Since we first launched 12 years ago, Stoptober has helped over 2.5 million smokers to make a quit attempt.
