To my girls: with all the talk @wsj about corporate donations, this rises from your Papa’s stash. You all ❤️ vintage, so when you run a company, maybe consider vintage business approaches? This was when companies valued your work, made real things, and your evening was yours.

To my girls: During an election, do your research and consider voting out the judges to reduce hidden corruption. We typically don’t know the judges on our ballot and just vote ‘yes’ to keep the status quo. Incumbents aren’t always best. Do your research, it’s there.

To my girls: be street smart. For generations, wealthy people have aligned themselves with a president to gain something. Sometimes it’s obvious and visible. Sometimes it’s not. Either way, enrichment happens.

To my girls: if you ever get into politics. Let’s make obtaining a photo ID easy so everyone has access, trust and fairness at the polls. The grocery store, the post office, and at the liquor store.

To my girls: politics is not life. It really doesn’t matter who wins this election. Trump and Harris are just people who will be here today and gone tomorrow. Live your life. Love your friends. Find your interests and grow your careers.

@PatriotSusanL I was born in ‘64 and I’m a swing voter. Changed registration to republican after owning a small business from 1990-2023 due to the taxation and laws against small business. My parents taught me to not dictate who anyone should vote for and I stand by that.
