This is a random 2500sqft house I found on Zillow. This is how we'd quote it for a house wash: Typical standard vinyl/painted siding house will be anywhere from $0.18-$0.22/sqft depending on your market/your business. Lets try $0.18/sqft for this $0.18 x 2500sqft = $450

You can buy a pressure washer for $500 and do a $500 house wash in 3 hours. Or you can buy a $1000 pressure washer and do the same job in 1 hour. Now you can do 2 more in the same amount of time & make triple the money. When it comes to spending, think value, not price.
