Championship journeyman at 32. Free transfer from Ipswich. Premier League stalwart for 7 seasons thereafter. Scored one of his countries greatest ever goals at 36, then bagged 6 in the Prem the following season. Gareth McAuley MBE. Forever the šŸ #wba

@rickyleegriffi2 I agree with you in terms of 90 mins singing but I think Derby (A) this season really showed how you do it. People may clown the blokes at the front with a drum but it gets songs going.

@FinnJelley True tbf but if he didnā€™t have those limitations he wouldnā€™t play for WBA. Fans still rate Styles despite him being the same but w/out the physicality but more on ball quality. Always feel DF gets more heat than he serves and thatā€™s as someone who really didnā€™t taste him pre-CC

@gavin_poulton There is no world in which anyone involved with either team needs to be interviewed *during* a football match. US sports nonsense.

Will I accept Armstrong taking selfish shots on like he did early second half if he scores the tough ones like that. Absolutely. Such a difficult adjustment of the body to make, pure goalscorer muscle memory. Solid overall too. #wba

@SpencerBen21844 I think Swift wouldā€™ve been a smarter sub than Wallace. Wallace tries harder but Swift couldā€™ve helped us keep control. We havenā€™t been great OOP since Carlos left imo, it needs work to close out games like that properly.

I thought we played fine but a draw wouldā€™ve been about right. That Bartley red could seriously haunt us if we lose another CB to injury, very short now in that area. Grady played well but get him back in the 10 midweek, like the look of Price but he had ups and downs.
