You know what would be nice?
Once you pay off your mortgage, you no longer have to pay property tax. That way the house is truly yours and not owned by the damn government.
Almost what I used to make in a week when I worked in construction, I made in a week in the Robinhood portfolio. This feels like 2021 all over again 😳.
Here is an update on the growth portfolio. Will show holdings soon.
Been buying longer term puts and calls to help accelerate some growth. Crossed over the $50,000 mark! 🕺🏻🫡
So it’s official. We are moving back to Missouri! Here are a few reasons why:
1. We miss family. Florida is awesome but we have come to realize family is more important.
2. Bigger lifestyle in MO. We can live a much nicer lifestyle in MO than we can in FL bc of the cost of
One stock I have been buying lately with their latest dip is $O.
• Trading below it’s 5-year average P/AFFO
• Dividend yield sitting above 5%
• Well diversified portfolio
What are your thoughts on $O?
@alexhuth
People who still have mortgages and in a dream world, our tax dollars were spent wisely where we wouldn’t have to be taxed on everything we touch.
I’m going to say this again bc SO MANY of you gave me shit for paying off my mortgage at ALL-TIME HIGHS.
It feels incredible not having the debt (especially being self employed) as well as having the extra capital to deploy now as well.
It sickens me to hear 5 and 6 year old kids are being exposed to pornography from other kids in their school. This is from parents giving young kids phones and full access to the internet.
PARENTS, YOUNG KIDS DO NOT NEED FUCKING PHONES!!!
This credit card buys me a share of $VTI every month.
I do this through rewards I earn that get sent directly to my brokerage account with Fidelity.
My wife and I use this card for every purchase (minus business) and pay it off in full at the end of the month. Thanks Fidelity
One of my new financial goals is making $BTC a larger percentage of my overall net worth. Currently it’s around 1% - 2% and I’d like it to be around 5% - 10%.
Now I can just hope for a large drop as I continue to buy more lol.
I hold Bitcoin for the chance of the unthinkable
So excited for my Dad!
He was recently let go from the company he has worked at for decades.
At first he had no idea what he was going to do but my whole life he has always talked about working for himself.
After some motivation from me, he’s doing it! You got this pops! 🫡
My Opinion: If you borrow money, you need to pay it back.
What needs to change is the student loan lending system. The fact that students with zero income and zero proof that they will pass through college successfully but still are able to take out 6-figures worth of loans is
I get hate on how low my average yield is in my dividend portfolio.
I don’t invest strictly for yield, I buy companies for not only their growth in dividends but for their growth in share price as well.
Buying a stock “because it has a high yield” is a recipe for disaster.
Transferring $6,000 into the dividend portfolio which will put me over $20,000 for the portfolio!
If you had to pick 3 dividend stocks to buy now, what would they be?
My 2-year old daughter climbed in bed with me this morning and said, “Daddy, I love you. You’re my best friend.”
Literally one of the best feelings in life.
I wish time would slow down.
Do you know how $JEPI pays such a large dividend? It’s not exactly just writing covered calls. They use what is known as ELNs to sell call options with exposure to the S&P 500 Index.
I have a video coming out about it on my channel soon!
If you invest in $JEPI you should watch
I started tracking my net worth in 2016 in the same Excel document I use to this day.
I just updated my net worth today and since 2016, it has gone up over 1,500%.
Here is how I did it:
So proud of this guy. Yesterday we did a hike that was not easy for a 5-year old. In and out was around 4 miles.
He said he kept telling his legs and brain to shut up and keep going so he could make it to the top 🤣. My dude
I’ve gone down a Civil War rabbit hole the past couple of days.
I’m curious, who thinks a 2nd Civil War could ever actually take place on American soil?
@DilemmaTrades
How about the funds from our government mismanaging billions of dollars actually gets spent the correct way. Problem solved. We got another tough guy on Twitter hiding behind a no face profile 🤣.
Hey everyone, won’t be going live today but will be watching the market. Been straight grinding this past week and taking some much needed family time today. Thank you ALL for the love and support I’ve received.
Post pose run with my boy. We have our first race coming up for both of us. We are running a 5k and cannot wait to cross the finish line with him. Will be a proud dad moment for sure.
Your kids are watching what you do. Set a good example.
Something big happened today…
I have officially sold my stake in The Dividend Tracker to my partners. This has been a fun and amazing product to build over the last 2 years! I’ll be excited to see where my partners take it.
What’s next for me? Right now, I’m taking some time

The more research I do on $JEPI the more I question the fund.
I have officially lowered my target allocation of $JEPI from 15% to 3% in my dividend portfolio.
I’ve always said if I don’t fully understand something, I don’t want to invest in it. More research to come.
