becoming more picky about my food quality + presentation.
🤍 regardless if you like the way your body looks it's still a temple. so don't feed it anything that doesn't taste FUCKING amazing or does not look pleasing visually.
☆ how could this change my intake ? : 80% of what my school cooks is red meat. so this eating change will make me unable to eat 80% of what they serve.
on top of that avoiding red meat lowers blood pressure so cutting red meat out is a healthy habit to gain anyway.

🤍 drink a cap full of apple cider vinegar with water before every meal (even if you do not eat 3 meals a day) and drinking ginger tea after your heaviest meal
alt has benefits to apple cider vinegar.
☆ how could this change my intake ? : personally i love milk, so cutting out milk and products with butter (which is way more than you might realize) will save me a lot of calories.
cutting out dairy can reduce eczema flare up and bloating. another healthy habit to gain.
