now you're the one making stuff up cause no matter who said what, it directly contradicts what's on the screen
Armand has been one of the most protected characters on this show (from the writing, to how they talk about him) and we are seeing it reflected in his fanbase.

no ❤️ you really just have to accept people are being obtuse on purpose and the show shouldn't have someone turn to the camera and go "armand was bad all along" just cause of a few people on here
There are so many factors of why Armand fans see him a certain way. 1. The writers were very subtle when it came to showcasing Armand's faults(whereas with Lestat's abuse they were very overt). I think this was confusing to people. Unfortunately, this fandom needs direct writing

@slaystat That's a great interpretation. I was also thinking of Lestat actually gaining weight, as some people do with big life changes, added emotional stress, etc. AND Lestat just trolling him a bit i.e. "what could I say that would get under his skin, make him feel bad?"
