The US government has gone 29 years without separate appropriations bills. If I were a corrupt politician trying to steal from the treasury, this is how I would implement the system. It's the same philosophy as voting without requiring ID for all ballots cast or voting without cleaning voter rolls - also utterly insane and must be addressed immediately.

The target of the USAID purge, was George Soros. The USAID slush fund was how he financed his global Left-wing influence machine. It’s how he bought politicians, MSM, newspapers, radio shows, judges, prosecutors, etc. Elon and Trump just cut off the head of the snake.

Just speculation: Training flight for Continuity Of Government (COG). COG missions are meant to evacuate the President (and others) from Washington, D.C. in times of dire emergency. As such speed, secrecy and stealth are required. In an actual emergency all of the helicopter’s electronics would be turned off so that potential adversaries cannot track them. These electronics include ADS-B (automated tracking for anti-collision) AND the radar altimeter. These helicopters also have a barometric altimeter that measures altitude above Mean Sea Level (MSL vs the radar altimeters AGL, Above Ground Level.) Unfortunately, the barometric altimeters are less precise and require frequent adjustment in flight for changing barometric pressure. The reliance on the barometric altimeter in this case is my best guess for the discrepancy in actual altitude that led to the sad disaster. May they all rest in peace.
