Tried this madness because everyone was talking about it here. I do not recommend using Vision Pro w/o light seal…but try it. Hold it up and look and perch on nose. Lenses were close to my eyelashes but the FOV expands and environment blends, and it feels like glasses.

FYI - you can use Vision Pro hand tracking in the dark. It has IR. It sometimes glitches when the hand is close to the sensors but the fact this works at all is amazing. Turn on travel mode for this.
