@dhh Problems with measurements and the psychology around them are noted in the McNamara fallacy and Surrogation. Losing sight of why you are measuring something or ignore things that are impossible/hard to measure is just cheap leadership. Will checkout the podcast.

@kelseyhightower @traders_insight I rock a 16” mbp M2 Max with 64 gb ram. The fans don’t activate even when running Ollama with models that are too big like the 70B parameter Llama2. It’s just too efficient. I’ve heard them come on once when using ffmpeg and utm the same time.
