Having an opportunity to maximize a college athlete’s NIL is the sole reason I am here. Is it perfect, no, but it well overdue that they can capitalize from the millions made off their success.
If the House settlement is approved, the rev-share cap will become the floor for being competitive in player compensation. Collectives that can generate additional NIL compensation that’s not coming from schools/donors will give their schools an advantage.
