@Delta I had high hopes for youuuuuu. First, my first flight was rebooked by a whole day in Stockholm! I didn’t even know it was rebooked cause I didn’t get any emails or texts. I just found out when I checked the app.

Then my connecting flight JFK to LV was delayed again from 5 pm to 7 to 8:45 pm!! Then we waited til 11 to actually fly. Then 15 minutes before landing, our flight was diverted to Salt Lake City!!.

No one is here to answer questions. No vouchers for meals or hotel. Nothing. Our luggage never left the plane too. And no one really knows where or when we’ll get it. So frustrating. I want to go homeeee.
