I think one of my biggest wins this year was telling a potential client that the brand identity they just bought from a (very legit) branding agency was completely plagiarized, which lead them to go back to aforementioned branding agency to redo the work

This year, we started sending Notion proposals instead of a designed PDF. We've been using the same proposal template for yearssss and it's served us well, but loving how much more detail we can put in a Notion document.
