3/ Many other women said they didn't know they 'let' you pass 42 weeks. After having two previous inductions I knew I didn't want that - my first baby was induced (on my own) and resulted in forceps, tearing & episiotomy that took 12 weeks to heal.

🥳🥳 Chuffed to say I’ve been promoted to Associate Professor. I know you’re meant to be modest with these things but at 42 weeks pregnant I’ll say I bloody deserve it because I’m an absolutely mint academic in a team of bloody brilliant people 🎓🎓

@youthworkable @InnovateProj ah wow thanks Adam. Yes - definitely feel the rage, I hope people (professionals) know that this is not done to ridicule but to invite people into spaces they they often don't see. Sadly lots of the examples we used were watered down.
