If you didn’t authorize the transaction it means your token is not lost, What’s the TXID ?
@cryptopsychman @ellipalwallet But it tells me in the transaction area that it was transferred, and I did not transfer anything. So what do we do ? Thanks

Please be aware your XDC is not lost, this issue is as a result of service bugs in the firmware. Since when have you been experiencing this issue ?

This issue may be cause due to service bugs in the firmware, have you gotten help ?
@cryptopsychman @hunter_bri61126 @xinfinXsupport @ellipalwallet I ageee, cause you can not do anything. You can not even send them while their in your wallet. I read they solved the problem but i still have a 0 balance

@ellipalwallet Same issue on my end upon restarting/refreshing app. Balance still does not appear.

@ellipalwallet I’m having an issue with my XDC coins not showing in my Ellipal wallet despite refreshing and updating the app. The tokens are confirmed on XDCScan and Blockscan, but they aren’t displaying in the app. Can you assist in resolving this? Thanks!
