Police officers know what an assault rifle does to a body. Most people don’t realize the absolute destruction that an assault rifle round inflicts. It makes me even more angry that these cowards stood around doing nothing.

It’s been a while since I had a big fall, but I made up for it today. Tripped on pavement and it hurt so badly that I thought I was going to throw up or pass out or both and I have a pretty high pain tolerance.
Thinking I popped a bursa sac and hoping that’s all it is.

Finally got my *long* run in after being stuck in a gym for 3 days.
Pretty excited. Stayed in my HR zone, I’m +1 min off my BQ marathon pace and felt stronger than last week.
