@TKMaxx_UK mortified to gift someone what was supposed to be a Kate Somerville cream only for them to open it and find a Zara tinted moisturiser!! They live miles away so I don’t have the product. Please can you advise? Didn’t expect to buy from you to be embarrassed by this.

@HeartNewsEast Unless additional cover measures include reducing train services to force large groups of people close together then I can confirm they are not.

@greateranglia given you are “listening to customer feedback” with regard to this reduced timetable, my feedback is it is making for very uncomfortable journeys and we need more trains at peak times. Chelmsford - liv st line.

@greateranglia There really doesn’t seem to be a fall in passenger numbers from Shenfield at 6.30 am… now even more packed trains. If only you reduced the price to match!
