I haven’t understood adults and their obsession with celebrity sightings since seeing Bruce Boxleitner at the Hilltop Mall in Richmond, CA when I was a kid. Not a dig on Bruce, I just never got why grown adults got so rabid over that stuff.

@HuffPost Criminals have been doing this for ages. When I worked SW border violence in Tucson (bajadores and sicarios) the bajadores (home-invasion/rip crews) were known to use DEA and FBI marked clothes to commit their crimes (which usually included murder and mayhem). This is not new.

Similar to the silence on both sides when a politician gets indicted or convicted on #corruption related charges. Instead of the corrupt politician’s party disavowing, and the opposition party pointing fingers, they all just…

Republicans would benefit from remembering that gov mishandling, mismanaging, and outright stealing of taxpayer money is a two-party problem. Don’t make the mistake of thinking your favorite politicians are above this type of fiscal abuse. They got into politics because they wanted a taste of this forbidden fruit.

Respectfully, as stated above, there are different programs in the FBI that can be used to investigate all kinds of nefarious international actors. The redirection of these very limited (and small number) resources is not without sound justification or authority. Your suggestion of self protection is certainly the inference in the posted thread, but I can’t possibly opine on Trump’s intent based on what I know about what orders were given and what I know about the other ways in which these investigations can be conducted.

Funneling government money to or through friends and family for no-show or low-show jobs is embezzlement. This kind of thing happens a lot at the local, state, and federal levels. #corruption

Carl’s Jr.’s fall from burger grace, coincidentally or not, began decades ago when they started doing these stupid commercials. People go to burger joints to get good burgers…that’s it. They had something really great until they totally screwed it up.
