@danny5505 @glenpmatthews @pittsburghbagel If you work manual labor or even just simply with your hands, they are great because they can keep you from de-gloving your finger or having to surgically remove the ring if you break your finger. I have a nice ring i wear for nicer occasions (silicone band right?)

During a random EPL match a broadcaster once said “What a miserable display of athleticism. These players and coaches should travel home with their heads hung in shame. Pathetic.” I used to think that was the meanest thing anyone has said about an athlete until now.

@AniseNot I think denomination? Years ago I was camp counselor at a popular christian camp here in the south and vaguely remember the same thing. There were probably 40 counselors and I was the only one raised Catholic and I WAS a Christ Christian.

I love an Old Fashioned. But if your bar has a “signature” Old Fashioned it probably shouldn’t just be a normal Old Fashioned. Its like saying, “ohhhh this is our “signature” tap beer.”
