@DBLesky so I ask you this with an abundance of caution as a veteran Royals fan. Are they, in your opinion, a good team this year? Meaning they could finish above .500. No drastic highs or lows. The early signs=promising, but does the data/eye test back it up?

@DBLesky @jbryanlarson Plus, they now have a cap on how many times they can option that same player in the season. Why would you use one of those bullets now only to then bring him up before opening day? Agree--they just decided he's not going to make it.

@richarddeitsch Curious your thoughts--when Caitlin goes to the WNBA-what do you think happens womens college basketball next year? Is there enough star power to keep interest high? The game may lose Angel, Paige and some of these others to the WNBA as well.

@richarddeitsch I know you have to be impartial to a certain extent but Noah and Todd are great w/ each other. The Steelers/bengals game cemented it for a lot of people. Where do they stand in your opinion compared to Collinsworth/tirico and the other top football tandems?

@MattVerderame That being said you like the Noah Eagle/todd blackledge tandem or this more? I know Noah is young, but he’s obviously a natural. This competition feels super close.

@JonKrawczynski complacency against teams they should beat, playoff positioning this early in the year and expectations for what fans is a long playoff run. With this much success 30% into the season hitting those goals, as fans (team too), what goals should we look towards next?
