Proud of the White House Heritage Patriots that never quit and fought all the way to the end. Happy to see Joel Goff here coaching/teaching life lessons in his 13th state tourney with 4 schools. So blessed for him giving me a phone call to give me a start in coaching.
Russ turned on this fastball and hit a towering shot way up into the trees at North Cobb HS! Continues to get better and better and has crushed the ball this summer! Going to make someone a very good catcher at the next level!

Ethan is a 1st rounder (15-30). He has the mentality/mental toughness and emotional intelligence to go in the draft. His baseball IQ is very high. Very athletic. Decrease BB. Continue to pinpoint his control-all 3 pitches

If you’re not fielding the ball you’re covering a base, if you’re not covering a base, you are backing someone up, if you’re not backing someone up, you’re standing up in the dugout on the rail supporting your teammates and or doing whatever the coaches ask you to do
I wouldn’t be the man I am today on or off the field and in life if I didn’t have such an incredible father in my life. Thank you for everything you have done to support me throughout the years. Thank you for teaching me baseball at an early age. Happy Father’s Day, Dad!
I am so blessed to announce that I will be continuing my baseball and academic career at Austin Peay State University. Thank you to all my family,friends,and coaches that have supported and helped me get to this point.

I am excited to announce that I will be continuing my education and baseball career at Middle Tennessee State University. I want to thank God, my family, my coaches, and everyone else that helped me along the way to fulfill my dream of playing division 1 baseball. Go Blue Raiders
Tatis Jr.- 1) Keep swinging 3-0 if you want to, no matter what the game situation is
2) Keep hitting homers, no matter what the situation is
3) Keep bringing energy and flash to baseball and making it fun
4) The only thing you did wrong was apologize. Stop that.
@BallplayerCity
A guy who wasn’t even a preferred walk on. Walked up to the coach and said I think I can help you and I can play. Never was told he was on the team. Just kept showing up to practice and never gave up from there
Right on Jeff Frye...this is good stuff...I had that kid as a sophomore at 5-6 that kept working and working, his name is Rich Froning. I also remember scouting Mookie Betts, he was not a big league body.

🗣”I was definitely a late bloomer. I graduated high school 5’5, 135lbs and a year later I was 5’9, 165lbs....so I was a completely different person ... There’s nothing you can do about it as a kid ... It’s just nature.” -Jeff Frye

The first thing we tell our players is to be on time.
Respect your coaches, respect your teammates, and never back down from a challenge.
Some have more talent than others, but if you're considered a great teammate, that's the ultimate compliment.

You guys were legit all of those seasons and were fun to watch and play. I remember playing you guys in 2006 and y’all hadn’t lost in like 2 years. That game had 76 MLB scouts, cross checkers, scouting directors etc. Seven kids from that game got drafted. Amazing.
Mavs 10 Marucci National Team 4-Kye Rich unloaded the bases in the bottom of the 5th with a clutch bases clearing 3-2 2 out double. Dominic Monaco gets the W 5IP 11ks-K Bowden 2-3 R SB, J Pfefferle 2-2 3R RBI, M Baker 1B 2RBI, S Sloan 1b RBI R, J Schmidt 3R-Mavs are 4-0 inMCMANIA
J Hamm worked really hard in the weight room and workouts last year. Got bigger faster and stronger because of it. Going to be to be fun to watch the next couple years.

Voters haven’t seen a 95 plus fastball or 12 to 6 90 mph breaking ball. I can show up and fight. I can show up and run a ball. But it takes years to learn how to it a baseball and throw 90 plus. Ask Michael Jordan
Grew up playing football in the backyard on Saturdays with lines painted in the backyard and blasting John Ward and Bill Anderson on the radio and play by play Johnny Majors football running through the T. Always very classy. Legends never die.

You’re exactly right. No instincts. Just play the game. Communication is all it takes. INSIDE INSIDE INSIDE or EYES EYES EYES if he thinks the runner would get on the cut. He didn’t even give my man a target or try to keep the ball in the infield.
@O3jfrye
That’s right. Know the situation, fielders positioning, and see it and hit it where it’s pitched. Homeruns come naturally. Line drives and ground balls win championships.
Things HS players should be doing this summer if they want to play in college:
1. Practicing baseball/games 4-6X week
2. Lifting weights 3-5X week
3. Updating recruiting videos and info and college requirements
4. Emphasizing proper nutrition
5. Getting 8+ hours of sleep a night

Big thank you to
@Jeddouglas
for the tips, really focusing on keeping everything long & towards the plate. Slider is working more like a curve but i’m currently working on having this as well as a sweeper by lowering my arm angle. Fast ball biting and change up looks v deceiving!
