I never saw my parents cry except for the day my brother died & at his funeral. It’s made me feel lonely & unable to let anyone in, as I’ve always felt ashamed of being vulnerable or depressed.

My husband got a new job where the hours are *basically* part-time yet the salary is more than his old full-time job. His new boss believes employees shouldn’t work 24/7 so they can be with their families more. This allows me to write more. I’m so grateful for this!🥰

I got some news this week. I’m pregnant & have a tumor in my uterus that could cause infertility, making this a high risk pregnancy. I’m sad & scared, but I’m also grateful that I have writing as an outlet. Disappearing into a fictional world really has made this week easier♥️
