This study contributes to the first insights into the interrelatedness of changes in health outcomes after lifestyle interventions, which may guide the development of effective intervention strategies. More studies with larger samples are needed to confirm/reject these findings.

In our study led by @koomenlisanne, personal lifestyle behaviours, gender & profession of referring mental healthcare professionals (n=1607) are linked to the extent to which they discuss lifestyle with people in MH & refer them to relevant interventions
