This kind of result is being published to give the media a frightening headline. With the study title saying “Increased crevassing across accelerating Greenland Ice Sheet margins,” media can print sensationalized claims that a “shocking new study” reveals climate change is causing an increased prevalence of dangerous crevasses in the Greenland ice sheet. And those stories never have to mention the “total change is within measurement uncertainty.”

@NatureGeosci why are you publishing results within measurement uncertainty? Source: This is how the Climate-Industrial Complex operates. The scientific peer-review process is completely corrupted. Such results would never be published if they weren't pushing the climate crisis narrative. This is why NOBODY TRUSTS THE SCIENCE!!!

You don’t know the difference between boys and girls? Then allow this elementary school teacher to demonstrate the difference. Now this teacher is a real hero and deserves the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Where can I find her and this school? I want to donate her in the name of the preservation of the nuclear family. @realDonaldTrump

The news is getting out. @GovWhitmer's "MI Healthy Climate" plan is doing real harm by trying to cover hundreds of thousands of acres of Michigan's forest and farmland with expensive and unreliable solar and wind.

It's amusing listening to speakers like Winters, who blithely claim, "We're seeing the consequences of that in terms of the natural disasters around the world" and "it's pretty clear that we need to disgorge ourselves from the reliance on fossil fuels." No, we're not, and no, we don't. As you noted, this is a means for rent-seekers to profit from our pain.

Wow… this is disgusting. Who the fuck does Maxine Waters think she is bossing around employees she has zero authority over? At this rate, the Democrats might never win a federal election again. The party might not even exist come 2028.

I have been warning people about this for years. I said terms like "demand response" and "demand management" were pleasant-sounding ways to gloss over the fact that you're losing control of your thermostat, car, home, and life due to naive and dangerous net-zero energy targets. Patti Poppe (the speaker) is the former CEO of @ConsumersEnergy (CMS Energy) and is now CEO of @PGE4Me. She explains how she is excited that utilities will soon have the automated ability (and authority) to turn on/off your appliances at will. "We shouldn't have to send a text message" before our systems turn off your AC or use your EV as a spare battery to power your neighbor's home. "We can now manage demand and have the right use at the right time" (emphasis added). Translation: You will use electricity when the weather cooperates and the utility deems it appropriate—NOT when you want or need to. Poppe calls it "anyways economics," as in you're going to purchase the car "anyways," so the utilities should be free to use it to prop up the increasingly fragile, wind- and solar-dominated electric system they are designing. But that means the utility determines whether the temperature in your home is 62° or 82°. This means they will discharge the battery in your car as they see fit. It also means you will be stranded in your increasingly uncomfortable home (unless you want to walk or bike around your 15-minute city). You won't be able to get to work or (more importantly) get your kid or spouse to the emergency room. Welcome to your net-zero future. Via @Artemisfornow.

The EV owners were warned, and here we are. WEF puppets are openly gloating about the plan to shut down your car at will 🚘 ❌ World Economic Forum plans to use smart devices on air conditioning, TVs, Electric Vehicles… so the state can take aggressive action and shut them down when the grid is overloaded (or you are not a good little citizen)
