We are deeply disappointed that the Older Americans Act and so many other key care provisions were left out of this deal. Caregiving is our common ground and it’s a shame when political theatrics overshadows that reality. #CaregiverNation

Why should the Older Americans Act be included in the final spending package? It puts funds into states to support 11 ml older adults & their family caregivers w/ nutrition, transportation, & respite services. These programs save the govt. $ & give families dignity as they age.
