@carolecadwalla Nice try. But we see you:
😂. Well this resolves it. The lack of self-awareness is incredible. @carolecadwalla fear-mongers about “Russian assets” while promoting Western state-funded outfit Bellingcat:

@RnaudBertrand Now read how Sacks attempts to sanitise all the “clear eyed” optimism:
The Vice President’s speech, being so optimistic and clear-eyed, exposes how unbalanced the media’s coverage of AI is. It’s true that AI involves both opportunities and risks, but almost all you hear about are the risks. The opportunities for America are great if we seize them.

Finally someone from the liberal left who both understands and respects free speech. You don't need to criminalise speech you don't like. Indeed, even amplifying it & transparently laying bare what you dislike about it is a more potent detox.
I’ve always been strongly against abusive and vulgar language. In the 1000+ videos, shorts and reels that I have made, you won’t find a single abusive word for anyone. What is being done today in the name of dank comedy is pure nonsense. The only purpose is to shock and disgust audiences for views, which is having a disastrous impact on the moral development of our youth. However, calling for any govt bans for this is not the solution as it may usher in a harsh censorship regime. Instead, we need to pressurize content creators to make better content. Shows like India’s Got Latent have the same impact on moral decay of society as films like Animal and they need to be called out for it in strong words.

Trump’s more bark than bite. His preposterous pronouncements are more bargaining gambits; he puts it out there almost as if to test the waters & elicit a response. If the political mood is poor, he pulls back. Ex: pre-convocation he blared that there’d be hell to pay if hostages were not returned before he got into his seat. What followed was a formal ceasefire. Next, his feint re Canadian tariffs. Ref Palestine too I think he knows he hasn’t the political capital to execute displacement. And then, as you acknowledge, Trump is a response to the liberal order—that’ll launder a genocide with good grammar:
The great virtue of Trump is that he doesn't dress it up in bullshit Comms/NYT language, so they have to pretend to be outraged about the very thing they have been arming, condoning, and facilitating up until last week.
