@catalinmpit @Austen The insurance company. I used my home owners policy to cover a small flood from an overflowing sink and after paying out they canceled my policy. I paid on time, had car/life/home policies bundled with them, and they still canceled my home owners policy when I dared to use it.

@TerranceKwok A friend gave me this advice: when they’re little focus on making it a good experience for them at the expense of almost everything else. Sometimes that means 3 hot chocolate breaks. Other days you do one run and let them play in the snow piles at the base before driving home.

@cahlan Same for me. Two main uses: 1. They’ve become an invaluable aid in getting clarity from large documents (chatting with PDFs- contracts, gov regs) 2. Idiot’s regex/OCR solution. MUCH easier to setup workflows to parse structured data out of unstructured sources.
