Every year, Japan Matsuri Chairman Mr Sandy Sano arrives early to perform a purifying ritual at the matsuri grounds and pray for a joyful day ahead! The gohei, a sacred paper wand is used in Shinto rituals to cleanse places, people, and objects inviting harmony and good fortune✨
