@sparkyandalert @DefiyantlyFree You must have misinterpreted my post. I want them to find out where our money is going, and I think it's illegal for them to prohibit DOGE's investigation of their accounting records. I also think it is an emergency as they can destroy the evidence in the meantime.

Do these illegal immigrants know what's unfair? It is expecting American taxpayers to support their living expenses! I wouldn't go to South America and expect their hardworking taxpaying citizens to finance my lifestyle! I wonder how many of their citizens would object if the situation was reversed?

4. To stop the destruction of evidence. I think this is a legitimate concern. And a valid reason for emergency action to prohibit substantial immediate harm.
Common cases where ex parte orders are issued: 1. Domestic violence. 2. Child custody emergencies. 3. Stopping an illegal action. 4. To stop the destruction of evidence. 5. Fraud. 6. Bankruptcy. 7. Freezing assets. These orders require substantial proof of immediate harm. They are used for emergency purposes only. I highly doubt that allowing DOGE to view treasury files on a read only basis qualifies as any of the above. But not allowing the secretary of treasury to access treasury files is unconstitutional. I don’t like the precedent it sets when you defy a judicial ruling, but I’m just wondering what other options are these judges leaving us if they’re going to blatantly disregard the constitution for their own partisan political goals?
