@FirstinGlasgow The pipes burst on Saturday around 4pm, so I presume the road has been closed since then. I think taking well over a day and a half to update your website and inform people is pretty hopeless tbh

@inquisitor111 @FirstinGlasgow Hi there. A basic traffic model would have given a rough idea. I presume the buses have GPS, you could give live updates on the digital notice boards. Some signage highlighting the extent of the diversion would also have been a way to let passengers make an informed choice

@FirstinGlasgow I was just on the bus. It’s not a “small delay”. It is taking at least twice as long. You should flag this to the passengers so they can plan accordingly; I’d have made my train by walking. There was no signage highlighting the delays

@scottish_water I have DMed. Why specify a updated time if you can’t actually provide an update? You can’t leave thousands of people without water for hours. We need to know when we can hope to use the toilet, cook dinner, wash, and, you know, hydrate again
