Here’s an alternate view of the Pick & Slip Shooting drill.
• Dodger gets over the top (and attacks the pipe) for a shot
• Pick/slip/mirror separates to space
• Feeder opposite hits the picker
Run R & L sides together to maximize efficiency.

While 6’s are important, they can drag on quickly. Think of it as time to fine tune, not teach. Build up to full sides with small sided & skeleton drills.

Shooting > 30% tends to be the benchmark of a successful offense.
Shooting 30% on average & scoring 12 goals =
• 40 shots / game
• 10 shots / qtr
It's not rocket science, but it's a framework for you & your team.
