This is a friendly reminder about drinking and driving during New Year
A friend went out last night. After drinking he made a sensible decision to leave his car at the pub and took the bus home. He was really proud of himself this morning.

When you make lower middle class families cry by making them a victim to your dubious sales tactics, sooner or later “karma” was bound to do a full circle.

Students proposing to make a full-stack web app get harassed by faculty saying anyone can make websites, do something worthwhile.
It is ironic that more than 90% of the folks in software development build web apps today.
Notice period of 3 months is a brutal retention policy. No company would even interview anyone with such long notice period.

IMO, Google hires not only the best engineers but the best HRs as well.
Always super polite and utmost professional.
In the era where it's common for HRs to ghost candidates, these HRs follow up every 2-3 months just in case the candidate has changed his mind.
Massive Respect!
Irony!
Software engineers always feels that they are being underpaid while people of all other professions feel that software engineers are being overpaid.
