Amazing sharing on ECIRS with #HugeMed 6.3F fURS.
ECIRS in small child ( difficult case) 8 yr old child with pelvic stone and one calyx stone . Rgp , hardly any pelvis. Only one middle calyx delineated . The small stone was appearing in the middle calyx was in the other parllel calyx. Non stented case . Supine PCNL done. Afterwards Over the guide wire 6.3 fr scope passed and negotiated to parllel calyx and basketed to small pelvis and nephroscope removed the stone through pcnl tract. True role of ecirs . 6.3 fr ureteroscope looking like ureteric cath on c-arm. Sharing video link
