At Gold Line phase II costs, Charlotte could build this entire tram network instead of the Silver Line + still have $3 billion left over But, Charlotte's regional transit planning model requires capital investment be spent servicing suburbs, so this could never even be an option

Every time a road is resurfaced in Charlotte a two-way cycle/multi-use path should be added on one side. If the road’s ROW is wider than 60 ft, one should be put on both sides. Take away car lanes if there’s not enough space

Pop. change in the southeast, '20-'21. This is very concerning from a land use perspective. Nashville, Bham, Atlanta, Memphis are all shrinking. Other cities (Charlotte, Durham, Greensboro, etc) are barely growing. Nearly all exurbs have exceptional growth... bad, bad, bad
