I first met Andy Rourke in 1999 when I was 18 (I was working with him when he played for Aziz Ibrahim) I can't tell you how much he welcomed me with open arms. He was the funniest person I'd ever met.....

Such very sad news about Sarah Harding. I knew her well when we worked together as a teenager. She was always a joy to be around, bubbly, with a big personality and she worked her arse off singing in working men's clubs. She was a one off. RIP Sarah x

and he played and sang along to Bowie's Hunky Dory on the journeys across the UK. I can't tell you how much I looked up to him. To be able to play on stage with him 20 years later was a true privilege. One of the greatest. Rest in peace x

Nice to see, little old city brought so much joy to others last night!! I remember in the 90s, if UTD ever got knocked out of a competition or lost a game, it was the only small joy we had as city fans. Those roles are now reversed. How times have changed!
