Nobody "made" JAY-Z. Dude was a dope MC that could make Club Bangers, Street Bangers & Radio Bangers. Every MC can't do that. He was also consistent, literally dropping an album every year for 8 years, took break & went on another run. Oh, 2002 dropped BP2 & Best of Both Worlds.
