NEVER stop sharing your music on socials & building ur brand, even if you think no one's listening. I found an R&B act on Insta last yr w/ 216 listeners & today he signed a deal w/ Nettwerk. Someone will love your music & talk about it w/ their community - put it out there.

I’ve worked with many people who claim they’re fine but are actually in a functional freeze response. They tend to be high achievers and workaholics who perform well and feel numb inside. Almost as if they’re watching themselves live life, not experiencing it
