@HiltonHonors so I go there. ring the door bell. and over the intercom a staff member told me to go away. I let them know we had called earlier. he said he didn't know what I was talking about and there was no call that happened because he "was asleep...taking a nap"

@HiltonHonors ok great -- I want to talk about trying to get a hotel last night (30degrees in DC). Went to the marriott who said they didn't have extra space. so they were kind enough to call a Hilton and they said since I'm a Hilton Honors member they could accommodate me.
