I’m fully plant based 🌱(vegan). I eat 250 grams of protein daily. I also lift and run. My main protein sources are: Tofu, seitan, protein powder. I also get protein from oats, nut butters, quinoa, beans, rice and potatoes. I eat plenty of veggies and fruits as well!

I’ve been vegan since December 2019. My girl has been vegan for over a decade. I eat 250 grams of protein daily, she eats 160 grams. We’ve both competed in bodybuilding/bikini shows multiple times. And we’re both online fitness coaches.

@dazusu I never said meat doesn’t taste good. I like the taste of meat and will probably eat meat when the lab based version comes out. But I value more the life of an animal over a 5 min meal.

I don’t understand where the problem with protein powder comes from. I consume it daily as a vegan, I also consumed it daily when I wasn’t vegan. Nothing wrong with it. It makes my life easier.

If you binge cookies, peanut butter, chocolate, chips, or any other “junk food” A simple change would be swap those foods for healthier options like watermelon, strawberries, peaches, mango. Go to town. Eat as much as you can of these fruits. After 2 lbs of watermelon
