I also get protein from oats, nut butters, quinoa, beans, rice and potatoes.
I eat plenty of veggies and fruits as well!

The reason I don’t eat animals.
Once you interact with them you realize they’re just like a dog.
Can’t justify killing animals knowing I can get all the nutrition and health I need from plants.

It’s easy to have a high protein plant based diet.
Some people think you can’t be healthy on a fully plant based diet.
Or that you can’t eat enough protein.
Or that you can’t build muscle.

Non of that is true.

Plus, I value the life of an animal more than a plate of food.
My favorite high protein plant based foods are:

Oats, quinoa, beans, rice, nut butters, potatoes, veggies, etc.

I never said meat doesn’t taste good. I like the taste of meat and will probably eat meat when the lab based version comes out.
But I value more the life of an animal over a 5 min meal.
I’m vegan and I can:
✅Run sub 7 min miles for multiple miles.
✅Deadlift 500 x 8-10 reps with perfect form
✅Squat 405 x 10-12 reps with perfect form

If you binge cookies, peanut butter, chocolate, chips, or any other “junk food”
