Bro how are y'alls apps work tf. In what world does 20k steps ONLY burn 500 cals? Even if you look ut up, no matter how small you are, that can't be right. I'm big so I burn 1200 but there's no way you only burn 500 cals (that's what I burn when I walk 10k)

I collected those through my entire stay at the hospital last year, I still have them..
Probably around 40 of em lol, ended up making cup pyramids for the last week of my stay

If you want to vent, I'm here for you bud! I find it mught be easier to talk to strangers (that I don't know personally) about my problems than my friends and family cuz yk they're not a part of the problem and they won't be affected. I just want to say I'm here for you <3
