Today marks the 5th anniversary of my brain surgery to cure my epilepsy. Not only am I extremely grateful to not have had any seizures since the operation, but I feel blessed to able to live a healthy and normal life again. On that note, hope everyone has a good day😄❤️

Today marks one and a half years since I started my weight loss journey (185lbs -> 128lbs). In the beginning, I was severely undereating and only doing cardio. Then, I decided to give weight training a try and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
