@makilesbo sometimes things bleed over a little yeah. i can't remember exactly when we wrote this line (and if i was w woodkid or we did this separate), but there was often times you'd have a metaphorical "plan" w lyrics but then your eyes drift up on screen and youre inspired by what u see

@teememdee were makin some bts for the song and i chatted about this a bit in it, wild experience but def a few rounds of back and forth as we learned each others process

yeah this was an unbelievably big project. my portion was only listening to a few hundred demos and picking/feedbacking our 'heimer' for each region. but all translations + recordings owe thanks to our stunnning, stunning localization team. what they did w this was mindblowing

😂 the secret is 1 chipmunk plugin and not being able to play guitar so u just loop one rly poorly (and then discover mick wingert is an unbelievable singer. this step is fairly critical)

this was alllllll woodkid and tanguy. we had placeholder 'stereotype' drums for a while and when we started getting a handle on the overall piece I asked them if they could try to really shock everybody with strange 🥁 replacements. couldn't ask for more talented ppl
