I'd say it's important to believe in the path that God opens for you. There's a reason why you are there. Minding other people's progress, success, or material things only attracts comparison and envy.

One word to describe this month would be 'acceptance.' A reminder that while I may plan the best lineup for the whole year, I need to accept the fact that some things will not happen the way I want them to.
