Yesterday I started back at the gym, currently at 16.04 stone.
The first goal is to get to 15 stone. ⭐️

For everyone asking I’m doing calorie deficit consuming 1800-2000 calories daily over 7 days
Daily exercise either gym or and home
Using my fitness pal and using pictures to show progression for confidence and morale
