its not rewarding behavior… his whole brand is abt the fact “you matter” .. abt self harm, doubts, etc … so the fact he did that for a lot of people who have been thru tough times to relay a message to them is kind. the media ruined the concept .

nd the last sentence was definitely for the selfish people who take advantage.. HIS WHOLE POINT was to SPREAD AWARENESS & having people feel accomplished for making it that far clean. for ex: free food for the homeless, but a whole bunch non homeless ppl come take it all.
