After my heart attack, every CCU doctor & nurse asked about my cardiac risk factors: Did I have a family history? Did I smoke? Did I have diabetes? But nobody asked about my pregnancy complications! via @HeartSisters

@chydorina What a good explanation. I am fighting Microvascular dysfunction and clearly similar. If I don’t listen to my body? I pay dearly. It’s hard to learn when we get aftereffects- not during the exertion. Thank you.@chydorina

Microvasculature is vital!! I often think inflammation is what I address most to aid them. We must do more research! It feeds everything beyond the heart also! Its health is important! #MicroisHuge #NOCAD #ANOCA @c_gorre @Drroxmehran @RosannaTavella @drbirgitvogel @beltrame_john

"VSA management should be based on a patient-centred approach and a multidisciplinary approach may be required. Holistic, patient-centred care should be considered to enable patients with VSA to be able to self-manage their VSA as much as possible."
